Family Engagement Specialists
Dear CLPS Families,
We are happy to introduce the Family Engagement Specialists at Center Line Public Schools. Each school will have a dedicated specialist working alongside our teachers, administrators, counselors, social workers, and language and resource specialists to support ALL students. Our goal is to support families in discovering, exploring, and experiencing all that the Academies of Center Line has to offer. Consider this team as an additional resource to connect you and your students to our mission of providing all students with relevant and challenging learning experiences to inspire success and empower them to be the leaders of tomorrow.
According to data from a Stanford University study, the state of Michigan ranks 4th for students absent for at least 10% of the time during the school year. This is a total of 18 missed days/3 weeks out of the school year. Our district is committed to assisting families who demonstrate a need for support with regular and timely attendance.
